Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pak234 platform — including the website at pak234.ws, any associated mobile applications, and all related services — you ("the User," "Player," "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), together with the pak234 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using pak234 services and close your account if one has already been opened. Continued use of any pak234 service following notification of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of pak234, including players accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, and all other locations within Pakistan and internationally.

Access to pak234 services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak 234 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all gaming and betting services without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pak234 employee or contractor in a role connected with platform operations.
• You must not have previously had a pak234 account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

pak234 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. Where age or identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, pak234 will suspend wagering activity and may permanently close the account, returning any verifiable net deposit balance subject to applicable checks.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) pak234 account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pak234 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and document verification procedures to detect and act upon multi-accounting.

When registering your pak234 account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your current residential address, your date of birth, a valid and accessible email address, and a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification codes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify pak234 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pak234 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the User failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.

pak234 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to all platform features.

pak234 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK. All account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. pak234 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits and does not facilitate transactions in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum thresholds for individual payment methods are displayed at the deposit screen within your pak234 account and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, or to a bank account registered in your name matching your verified KYC identity. pak234 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within one (1) business day for fully verified accounts. pak234 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or mobile money operator.

• Players must complete all applicable KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• pak234 may apply transaction monitoring in line with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request source of funds documentation.
• pak234 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile money operator may apply their own charges.

pak234 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, and to the general conditions set out in this Section 5.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a pak234 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

• A player may only hold one active welcome bonus. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts constitutes multi-accounting and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino tables — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• pak234 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has been credited, existing wagering progress will be honoured up to the point of cancellation.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, without limitation, placing low-risk hedging bets, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. pak234 reserves the right to decline to offer a promotion to any individual player at its discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on pak234 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sports betting market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or market concerned.

Sportsbook & Cricket Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed with a bet reference number, odds are locked. In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability and pak234's right to suspend markets during significant match events, technical interruptions, or suspected irregular betting activity.

• All PSL match bets are settled in accordance with the official PSL match result as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board. In the event of a match being abandoned or ruled a no-result, all open bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Casino games powered by certified RNG software produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent of all previous results. pak234 holds valid RNG certification for all such titles.
• Live casino games are subject to the physical results of each live session. In the event of a live stream technical failure mid-game, unresolved wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
• pak234 reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error has occurred in the pricing or publication of odds, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors and system malfunctions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak234 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. pak234 takes a zero-tolerance approach to any conduct that undermines the fairness, security, or integrity of its services.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; falsifying identity documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one pak234 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including using multiple identities, devices, or payment methods to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or other interactive game format.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, exploit programs, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using pak234 for the purpose of processing, layering, or concealing funds derived from illegal activity, or depositing funds with no genuine intention to use them for gaming.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment chargebacks against pak234. Any verified chargeback will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the disputed amount, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the pak234 platform by any individual under 21 years of age.

pak234 is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gambling across Pakistan. Gaming on pak234 is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. It is not a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or recovering prior losses. If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming problematic, pak234 urges you to use the tools available in your account or to seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak234 account holders at no cost and accessible directly from your account settings panel without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your pak234 account.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers will be declined until the period resets or the limit is revised downward.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — between 24 hours and 6 weeks — to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your pak234 account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the specified duration and are processed within 24 hours of request. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will cease immediately.

All content on the pak234 platform, including but not limited to the pak234 name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game assets, sounds, trademarks, service marks, and any other proprietary materials ("pak234 Content"), is owned by or licensed to pak234 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pak234 Content solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial use of the pak234 platform in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any pak234 Content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pak234 software or technology.
• Use the pak234 name, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on pak234 Content.

Any unauthorised use of pak234 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak234, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the pak234 platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

pak234's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposit amount paid by that User to pak234 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit pak234's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pak234 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at pak234.ws/privacy-policy. By registering a pak234 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, pak234 may collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and ongoing identity management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and payment reconciliation.
• Complying with anti-money laundering, KYC, and applicable regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending account-related communications, including transactional notifications.
• Sending marketing communications where you have provided explicit consent — which you may withdraw at any time via your account settings.
• Improving platform performance, game offerings, and user experience.

pak234 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, or as required by law or regulatory order. pak234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pak234 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The continued use of pak234 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination by the User: You may close your pak234 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements still outstanding) will be returned to you via your most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification where not already completed.

Termination by pak234: pak234 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other reason pak234 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applicable under pak234's operating licence jurisdiction.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to pak234 customer support for resolution. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the complaint procedure published on the pak234 platform.
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and pak234 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
